Abdoulaye Badiane

Abdoulaye Badiane holds a master’s degree in International Studies, international development option as well as a master’s degree in land use planning and regional development obtained at Laval University. He is also in the process of finalizing a doctoral thesis in sociology. He has twelve years of experience in poverty reduction programs in Senegal and in international development. In addition, Mr. Badiane has consolidated another ten years of experience as a project manager for non-governmental organizations but also within the Quebec public service.

Thus, its expertise in business development could be used to support small and medium-sized northern coastal businesses.
